This workshop is for anyone with some woodturning experience. A requirement is that you know how a woodturning lathe works and that you have turned wooden workpieces before.

 

If you would like to try something different between the centers and are curious about the spectacular end result, then you have come to the right place!

 

Epoxy is a material that can be worked well on a lathe. But that is not easy! It requires knowledge and good tools. I would like to help you on your way and let you experience the first steps.

 

During this workshop I will let you experience how epoxy turns. Along the way you will learn to feel the difference between wood and epoxy. After a while you will notice that these two materials can be combined fantastically and we will work towards the end result.

 

This workshop can accommodate a maximum of 2 students, which means intensive explanation and guidance all day long. Use of all tools is included, as well as a simple shared lunch. It is advisable to bring a good dust mask yourself.
